Return Policy Details
Eligibility
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. The watch must be unworn, in its original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.
Process
Email us at hello@maurilio-watches.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number. We will send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours. Ship it back, and once we receive and inspect the watch, your full refund is processed within 3-5 business days.
Cost
Returns within the EU are free. We cover the return shipping cost.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed.
What If Something Is Wrong?
Damaged or Defective
If your watch arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Wrong Item
Received the wrong watch? Contact us within 48 hours and we will send the correct one immediately, with a prepaid return label for the wrong item.
